Features & AmenitiesKeuka Shores, LLC is co-owned by Angelo Licciardello and Angelo Liciardello, Jr., who own ATL Contractors, and Dave and Carol Genecco. ATL Contractors is the development’s builder and has decades of experience, having previously completed a similar residential rental project in Webster, NY called Village Path Townhomes.
The Geneccos bought the land in 2010 and operated the Keuka Estates Mobile Home Park on the site prior to the development of Keuka Shores. Carol has lived and worked in the Penn Yan area since 1984, has been in real estate sales for 22 years, and is Keuka Shores’ property manager.
